Ingredients

  • 6 - 6oz. SeaBear Wild Salmon Dinner Fillets
  • 4 large tomatoes chopped chunky
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 tsp salt (optional)
  • 3 tsp black pepper
  • 4 tsp oregano

Method

Mix tomatoes, garlic, oil, salt, pepper and oregano.

Serve atop the grilled salmon. So delicious!
