Ingredients
- 6 - 6oz. SeaBear Wild Salmon Dinner Fillets
- 4 large tomatoes chopped chunky
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 tsp salt (optional)
- 3 tsp black pepper
- 4 tsp oregano
Method
Mix tomatoes, garlic, oil, salt, pepper and oregano.
Serve atop the grilled salmon. So delicious!
