Smoked Salmon Tagliatelli with a Creamy Pepper and Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
- Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon (lots!)
- 1 onion (finely diced)
- 1 pepper (red / green / yellow) diced
- 3 tomatoes (skinned, de-seeded and diced)
- herbs (we use dill seeds, basil and parsley)
- plain flour
- butter
- milk
- cream
- black pepper
- fresh tagliatelli
Method
Saute the onions and peppers in butter until soft, then add the tomatoes and cook for 1 more minute. Add the herbs. Add the plain flour to make a Roux and stir in the milk to make a thickish sauce. Add as much Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon as you can afford (!) and simmer whilst cooking the tagliatelli. Finish the sauce by adding cream and pour over the tagliatelli. Fantastico!
