Ingredients
- 200 gram packet Regal Hungarian Wood Roasted Salmon
- 6 Medium Potatoes
- 1/4 Cup olive oil
- 12 cloves Garlic
- Salt and pepper
Garlic and Dill Aioli
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup oil
Method
1. Peel Potatoes, Cut into 2 cm cubes.
2. Heat oil in a heavy pan.
3. Add potatoes and cook for 5 minutes turning regularly.
4. Wash and dry whole unpeeled garlic cloves.
5. Add to potatoes and cook for 15 minutes or until potatoes are golden and cooked.
6. Remove salmon from skin and break into chunks and add to the potatoes with salt and pepper.
7. Toss gently to mix and heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
8. Serve with Garlic and Dill Aioli.
Garlic and Dill Aioli
1. Peel garlic and place in a food processor with juice, yolks, mustard, dill and salt. Process to combine.
2. Pour oil slowly down the feed tube processing until thick.
