Steamed Regal Salmon wontons with dipping sauce

Ingredients:
- 350 grams Regal Fresh Salmon Fillet
- 2 spring onions
- 1/2 teaspoons minced prepared chilli
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped root ginger
- 15 wonton wrappers
dipping sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Method:
1. Cut salmon into paper thin slices across the grain.
2. Trim spring onions and slice thinly.
3. Mix salmon, spring onion, chilli and ginger together.
4. Place tablespoonfuls of mixture in the centre of each wonton wrapper and pull the wrapper around to form a pouch.
5. Place wontons in a baking paper lined bamboo or metal steamer.
6. Steam over boiling water for 4 minutes or until salmon is cooked.
7. Serve with dipping sauce.
Dipping Sauce
1. Mix sasame oil, chilli and soy sauces together
