Steamed Eggs with Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon

Smoked Salmon served in Ramekins with peppered steamed eggs and a drizzle of single cream.

4 Smoked Salmon Savoury Steam Less than 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon
  • butter
  • 4 free range eggs
  • black pepper
  • single cream

Method:

Lightly butter the inside of 4 ramekins and cover the bottom of each ramekin with flakes of Flaky Smoked Salmon. Crack an egg into each ramekin, adding a grinding of black pepper. Steam over a pan of boiling water for 6 - 8 minutes. Remove from the steamer and pour a teaspoon of single cream on top of each egg. Serve immediately with warm wholemeal bread rolls and butter.
