Spaghetti and Smoked Salmon Fusion Salad
Try this simple but delicious spaghetti and smoked salmon salad, seved with herbs, lime juice and olive oil.

Ingredients
- 250g wholewheat spaghetti
- 125g pack smoked salmon trimmings
- grated zest and juice of 1 lime
- 2 x 15ml spoons olive oil
- 15ml spoon freshly chopped coriander
- 15ml spoon freshly chopped chives
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
Cook the pasta following instructions on the pack. Run under cold water to cool quickly and allow to drain.
Place the spaghetti on a serving plate and gently toss in the salmon trimmings.
Blend together the lime, oil, herbs and seasoning and spoon over just before serving.
