Soy Marinaded Salmon with Noodle and Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 720g pack salmon fillets
- 15ml spoon honey
- 15ml spoon soy sauce
- 15ml spoon very lazy garlic
- 2 x 15ml spoon oil
- 300g premium stir fry pack
- 300g stir fry noodles
- bunch spring onions, 4 cut on a diagonally into pieces the remainder made into tassels
Method
Place the salmon fillets in a non-metallic dish. In a bowl combine together the honey, soy and garlic, then brush liberally over the salmon fillets. Leave for 5 minutes to marinade.
Heat a 15ml spoon of the oil in a large frying pan, then cook the salmon fillets for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove and put to one side to keep warm.
Heat the remaining 15ml spoon oil in the same frying pan, then add the stir-fry pack and cook for 3 minutes before adding the noodles and spring onions and cooking for a further 2 minutes.
Transfer the stir-fry to individual plates then top with a salmon fillet.
