Smoked Trout & Kiwi Fruit Salad
A delicious Smoked Salmon Salad with apple, kiwi, almonds, soured cream and mint.

Ingredients:
- 227g pack Scotch smoked salmon trout
- 1 red eating apple, cored and chopped
- 3 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
- 50g toasted flaked almonds
- 3 x 15ml spoons soured cream
- 3 x 15ml spoons freshly chopped mint
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- fresh watercress to garnish
Method:
Cut the trout into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl with the apple, kiwifruit, almonds, soured cream, mint, and seasoning, to taste.
Mix well and serve immediately on a bed of watercress.
