Ingredients
- 40g sundried tomatoes
- 150g tub Taste the Difference soft creamy cheese
- ½ x 20g pack chives, stripped
- juice of ½ lemon
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Pumpernickel
- 200g pack Taste the Difference Isle of Skye Scottish smoked salmon
Method
Mix together sundried tomatoes, soft creamy cheese, chives, lemon and seasoning.
Top pieces of pumpernickel or wholemeal sliced bread with the cream cheese mixture and a slice of smoked salmon. Serve immediately garnished with a few chives.
