Smoked Salmon Pate on Bagel Toasts
Tasty smoked salmon recipe on Bagel Toasts, and very easy to make in a short space of time!

Ingredients
- 3 Bagels
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 125 g (4 oz) smoked salmon
- 150 g (5oz) light cream cheese
- ½ lemon, juiced, rind pared and shredded
- freshly ground black pepper
- small bunch washed watercress
Method
1. Cut each bagel into 4 thin slices. Brush each with olive oil and bake at 200 0C, 400 0F, Gas 6 for 5 to 6 minutes until golden and crisp. Allow to cool.
2. Mash the salmon, cream cheese and lemon juice together with a little black pepper.
3. Pile onto the bagel crisps and sprinkle with lemon rind and watercress.
