Smoked Salmon Pate Bites
Smoked salmon pate with dill and cucumber on slices of pumpernickel bread.

Ingredients:
- 4 slices of pumpernickel
- 75g Isle of Skye smoked salmon pate
- 50g cucumber, peeled, deseeded and diced
- few sprigs fresh dill
- freshly ground black pepper
Method:
Cut each slice of pumpernickel into 3 slices. Spread over the pate and top with the cucumber, dill and black pepper. Perfect to serve with drinks or as a first course
