Smoked Salmon Pate Bites

Smoked salmon pate with dill and cucumber on slices of pumpernickel bread.

Recipe Information:

Serves: Salmon Portion Course Preparation Time:
4 Smoked Salmon, Pate Starter, Snack, Savoury Less than 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of pumpernickel
  • 75g Isle of Skye smoked salmon pate
  • 50g cucumber, peeled, deseeded and diced
  • few sprigs fresh dill
  • freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Cut each slice of pumpernickel into 3 slices. Spread over the pate and top with the cucumber, dill and black pepper. Perfect to serve with drinks or as a first course
