Ingredients
- 1 X 200G Pack Ardtaraig Smoked salmon
- 1 Pk Soft Cheese
- Tablespoon of chopped Chives
- Freshly ground black pepper
Method
Cut pieces of salmon on half. Mix soft cheese, pepper and Chives together and place in the centre of a piece of smoked salmon. Rollup and put in a cocktail stick to hold together. These should be cut if necessary to bite size.
