Smoked Salmon and Coriander Pinwheels

Coriander and Lime Smoked Salmon Wraps

Ingredients:

  • 400gr Ardtaraig Smoked Salmon
  • 1 Fresh thin cut white loaf
  • 6 oz softened butter
  • 1-tablespoon limejuice
  • 1-tablespoon coriander leaves
  • Fresh ground black pepper

Method:

Remove crusts from bread slices. Blend butter, coriander, lime and pepper together. Spread the coriander butter on the bread and arrange smoked salmon slices on top. Roll up and wrap each roll in cling film to keep their shape. Keep in refrigerator until needed. When required, cut each roll into three and arrange them on a serving dish. Decorate with coriander springs and slices of lime.
