Smoked Salmon Pasta with a Dill and Garlic Butter

Ingredients
- 400g Ardtaraig Smoked salmon trimmings
- 75g unsalted butter
- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
- 2-tablespoons finely chopped dill
- 1-2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan
Method
Cook pasta of your choice in a large pan of boiling water until tender but still firm to bite. Melt butter and fry garlic and dill in a large frying pan. Drain pasta and add to frying pan with smoked salmon and black pepper until heated through. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
