Smoked Salmon Pasta dish with prawn, onion, dill and creme fraishe.

Ingredients

  • 250g pasta bows
  • 25g butter
  • 4 salad onions, sliced
  • 75g prawns
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 15ml spoon freshly chopped dill
  • 142ml double cream or creme fraiche
  • 125g smoked salmon, cut into strips
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method

Cook the pasta following the pack instructions.

Meanwhile, melt the butter, add the onions and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in the prawns, lemon juice and dill.

Drain the pasta, add to the prawns and stir in the double cream or creme fraiche, salmon and some seasoning, to taste. Cook for 2 minutes, until heated through thoroughly.

Transfer to a warmed serving plate and garnish with the dill and lemon slices.
