Salmon with Wasabi Teriyaki Sauce

Grilled Salmon with a Soy, Wasabi and Ginger Sesame

Recipe Information:

4 Fillet Main, Savoury Grill, Other Less than 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 - 6oz. SeaBear Wild Salmon Dinner Fillets

For the Wasabi Teriyaki Sauce:

  • ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce (regular or wheat free tamari)
  • 2 T brown rice syrup
  • 1 T ginger juice
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tsp prepared wasabi (more or less to taste we like it zippy)

Method:

Mix together all ingredients and use either a cooking sauce or marinade and grill/broil.
