Ingredients
- 4 - 6oz. SeaBear Wild Salmon Dinner Fillets
For the Wasabi Teriyaki Sauce:
- ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce (regular or wheat free tamari)
- 2 T brown rice syrup
- 1 T ginger juice
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp prepared wasabi (more or less to taste we like it zippy)
Method
Mix together all ingredients and use either a cooking sauce or marinade and grill/broil.
