Salmon Teriyaki with Noodles
Salmon fillets, peppers and ginger are marintated in teriyaki before being fried and served with egg noodles and garnished with salad onions.

Ingredients:
- 720g pack salmon fillets
- 1 red pepper, deseeded and finely sliced
- 1 yellow pepper, deseeded and finely sliced
- 2cm piece fresh root ginger, peeled and sliced
- 120ml teriyaki marinade
- 250g pack medium egg noodles
- 3 salad onions, shredded
Method:
Place the salmon, peppers, ginger and marinade into a shallow dish.
Heat a large frying pan, remove the salmon fillets from the marinade and cook for about 7 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Add the peppers after 3-4 minutes.
Meanwhile, place the egg noodles in a large saucepan of boiling water, bring to the boil and cook for 4 minutes, drain and keep warm.
When the salmon is almost cooked add the remaining marinade and heat through.
Remove the fish from the pan, then stir the peppers and marinade into the noodles.
Divide the noodles between 4 plates, place the salmon on top and garnish with shredded salad onions.
