Salmon Steaks with Salsa

Salmon steaks fried then served with salsa and grilled polenta slices.

Recipe Information:

4 Fresh Salmon, Steaks Main Fry, Grill 30 mins to 1 hour

Ingredients:

  • 680g pack frozen salmon steaks, defrosted
  • 250g tomatoes, skinned, deseeded and chopped
  • 1 green pepper, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 2 spring onions, finely sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 chillies, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 15ml spoon freshly chopped coriander
  • 15ml spoon olive oil
  • ½ x 5ml spoon sea salt
  • Grilled polenta slices

Method:

Cook the salmon by frying for 6-7 minutes on each side.

Prepare the salsa by combining all the ingredients together.

Serve immediately with salmon and grilled polenta slices.
