Salmon Steaks with Salsa
Salmon steaks fried then served with salsa and grilled polenta slices.

Ingredients:
- 680g pack frozen salmon steaks, defrosted
- 250g tomatoes, skinned, deseeded and chopped
- 1 green pepper, deseeded and finely chopped
- 2 spring onions, finely sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 chillies, deseeded and finely chopped
- 15ml spoon freshly chopped coriander
- 15ml spoon olive oil
- ½ x 5ml spoon sea salt
- Grilled polenta slices
Method:
Cook the salmon by frying for 6-7 minutes on each side.
Prepare the salsa by combining all the ingredients together.
Serve immediately with salmon and grilled polenta slices.
