Ingredients
- Approx. 500 gms fillets, poached, drained and flaked
- 1 cup mashed potato
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- ¾ cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper
Method
Combine salmon, potato and onion with beaten egg. Form into small balls, roll in flour and flatten slightly. Fry in oil approx. 5 minutes each side or until golden brown.
