Salmon recipe with cucumber-horseradish sauce

Ingredients
- 4 fillets salmon (approximately 4 oz each)
- 1/3 cup finely chopped cucumber
- 2 tbs nonfat mayonnaise
- 2 tbs nonfat yogurt
- 1 tbs Benecol or Take Control margarine, melted
- 1 tsp snipped fresh dill or 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
- cucumber slices, halved (optional)
- fresh dill (optional)
Method
1 For sauce, in a small bowl combine cucmber, mayonnaise, yogurt, and horseradish. Cover and chill until serving time.
2 Combine margarine and dill and set aside.
3 Place salmon on a greased rack of grill. Brush occaisionally with margarine mixture. Cooks quickly, so keep an eye on fish. Fish is done when it is flaky.
4 Garnish if desired with cucumber slices and fress dill.
