Ingredients
- ¼ c. Dill Weed
- ¼ c. mayonnaise
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3 drops, Tabasco sauce
- ½ c. grated cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 6 Tbsp. Oil
- ¼ tsp. Paprika
- 2/3 c. grated cheese
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ c. almonds, sliced
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 lb. Can salmon
Method
Crust
Mix together flour, almonds, salt, 2/3 c. grated cheese, and oil.
Press into a pie plate. Bake at 400F for 10 minutes.
h>Filling
Salmon, sour cream, grated cheese, Tabasco, eggs, mayo, dill weed.
Add enough water to salmon juice to make 1/2 cup.
Add the rest of the ingredients, mix well.
Pour into pie crust and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes
