Ingredients
- Approx. 500 gms fillets, poached, drained and flaked
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tsp chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 3-4 cups mashed potato
Method
Beat eggs, add all other ingredients to the eggs and mix well. Put into a greased pie or casserole dish and cook for 20-30 minutes in a moderate oven.
