Smoked Salmon and Creme Fraiche Pizza

Ingredients
- 75g Ardtaraig Smoked Salmon trimmings
- 1 20cm/8inch pizza base
- 4 tablespoons drained chopped canned tomatoes OR ready made pizza sauce
- 1 teaspoon fresh OR teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons crme fraiche or sour cream
- 50g Jarlsberg or Emmenthal cheese grated
- 6 cherry tomatoes or 1 large slice tomato
- 2 chopped spring onions
Method
Spread the pizza base with pizza sauce or canned chopped tomatoes. Sprinkle with oregano and swirl on the crme fraiche or sour cream. Scatter with smoked salmon and sprinkle with cheese. Arrange the fresh tomatoes on the top and add the spring onions. Bake in a hot oven 2100C/4250F/Gas7 for about 15 minutes until edges are crisp and browned. Serve immediately.
