Ingredients
- 400g of cooked salmon
- 130g of cream cheese
- 150g of fine brown breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
- 2 tablespoons of fish stock (if unavailable, vegetable stock from 2 cubes)
- Salt and pepper to season
Method
Place the salmon in an electric mixer.
Add salt and pepper, lemon juice, melted butter, stock and warm, softened cream cheese.
Mix well, then add breadcrumbs. Mix again.
Press into a shallow dish
