Salmon Flan

A tasty flan to feed 1-2 hungry people, and easy to make too!

1-2 Fresh Salmon Main,Savoury Bake 30 mins to 1 hour

Ingredients

8 oz salmon (flaked)

    1 shallot (chopped)

      2 eggs

        ¼ pint milk

          1 cooked pastry case

            cucumber and lemon slices -(for decoration)

              salt and pepper

                Method

                1. Preheat oven to 190 0C; 375 0F; Gas 5.

                2. Whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

                3. Chop shallot.

                4. Fill pastry case with shallot and salmon.

                5. Pour on eggs and milk mixture.

                6. Cook for 40 minutes.

                7. Decorate with sliced cucumber and lemon.
