Salmon Cucumber and Yoghurt Babari Dill Pocket
 

Barbari dill bread is used as a pocket for a delicious filling of natural yoghurt, cucumber and mint.

Ingredients

  • 1 x pack Babari Dill breads, heated as per pack and cooled
  • 150ml carton natural yoghurt
  • ½ cucumber, seeds removed and coarsely grated
  • 15g pack mint, finely chopped
  • 250g pack smoked salmon trimmings
  • freshly ground black pepper

Method

Cut the Barbari Dill breads in half, then split each half open to form a pocket.

Combine together the yoghurt, cucumber, mint and salmon and add seasoning to taste.

Fill the pocket, then serve immediately.
