Salmon Cucumber and Yoghurt Babari Dill Pocket
Barbari dill bread is used as a pocket for a delicious filling of natural yoghurt, cucumber and mint.

Ingredients
- 1 x pack Babari Dill breads, heated as per pack and cooled
- 150ml carton natural yoghurt
- ½ cucumber, seeds removed and coarsely grated
- 15g pack mint, finely chopped
- 250g pack smoked salmon trimmings
- freshly ground black pepper
Method
Cut the Barbari Dill breads in half, then split each half open to form a pocket.
Combine together the yoghurt, cucumber, mint and salmon and add seasoning to taste.
Fill the pocket, then serve immediately.
