Salmon and Pasta Salad with Lemon and Dill Sauce

Salmon with conchiglie pasta in a creamy lemon and dill sauce.

Recipe Information:

4 Fresh Salmon, Fillet Salad Grill Less than 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 250g conchiglie dried pasta shells, cooked
  • 250g salmon fillet, cooked, skinned
  • and flaked
  • 300g tub fresh creamy lemon and dill sauce
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Boil pasta for approximately 10 minutes or until al dente.

Mix together the pasta shapes, salmon flakes and the tub of creamy lemon and dill sauce. Add seasoning to taste and serve chilled.

* To cook salmon we suggest seasoning the fillets and basting with lemon juice before placing under a medium grill for 5-10 minutes or until cooked.
