Salmon and Cream Cheese Dip

This dip is surprisingly simple to prepare. Just mix the indgredients and place in a food processor to create a creamy dip.

4 Canned Starter, Snack, Savoury Uncooked Less than 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 418g can salmon, drained
  • 200g carton full fat soft cheese
  • 4 x 15ml spoons creme fraiche
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 x 5ml spoons lemon juice
  • 2 x 15ml spoons freshly chopped parsely
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper

To serve:

  • vegetable crudites

Method:

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

Spoon into a serving dish, garnish with the parsley and serve with the crudites.
