Salmon and Cream Cheese Dip
This dip is surprisingly simple to prepare. Just mix the indgredients and place in a food processor to create a creamy dip.

Ingredients
- 418g can salmon, drained
- 200g carton full fat soft cheese
- 4 x 15ml spoons creme fraiche
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 x 5ml spoons lemon juice
- 2 x 15ml spoons freshly chopped parsely
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
To serve:
- vegetable crudites
Method
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Spoon into a serving dish, garnish with the parsley and serve with the crudites.
