Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon with Pasta and Dill Sauce
Smoked Salmon Pasta served with a Creme Fresh, White wine and Dill Sauce

Ingredients
- Pasta – as per your requirements
- 1 courgette
- 1 onion
- button mushrooms
- 1 tub crème fraiche
- ½ glass white wine
- dill weed
- Flaky Smoked Salmon broken into pieces
- butter
- olive oil
- salt and pepper.
Method
Put the pasta on to cook. In a large frying pan melt the butter and olive oil. Gently fry the onions for a few minutes then add the sliced courgettes and cook until soft. Add the mushrooms and continue to cook for a few seconds. Add in the white wine and reduce by half. Add in the crème fraiche and continue to simmer, then add in the cooked pasta, Flaky Smoked Salmon and dill.
Serve piping hot with green salad and fresh wholemeal bread. Hope you like it!
