Ingredients
Topping
- 100 grams Regal Hungarian Wood Roasted Salmon
- 4 slices cob bread
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- Small salad greens
Chilli Vinaigrette
- 1/4 cup peanut oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon prepared chilli
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- Freshly ground black pepper
Method
1. Cut bread into 2cm thick slices on the diagonal.
2. Brush with oli and rub with garlic clove.
3. Top with salad greens.
4. Remove skin from salmon and break into chunks.
5. Place salmon over salad greens.
6. Drizzle over Chilli Vinaigrette.
Chilli Vinaigrette
1. Combine peanut oil, sasame oil, vinegar, chilli, salt, sugar, and pepper together.
