Ingredients
- 8 taco shells
- 1/2 an iceberg lettuce shredded finely
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander chopped
- 2 tomatoes halved and sliced
- 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
- 1 avocado peeled, stoned and sliced
- fresh coriander sprigs
- lite sour cream
- 1 200 gram pack Regal Smoked Salmon Slices
Method
1. Place a little shredded lettuce in the bottom of each taco shell. Sprinkle over a little chopped coriander.
2. Layer the tomato, red onion, avocado and Regal Smoked Salmon Slices.
3. Finish the top with some lite sour cream and coriander sprigs.
