Ingredients
- 250g cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped dill
- 1 teaspoon wholegrain mustard
- 200g Regal Cold Smoked Salmon
- 20 grissini (Italian bread sticks)
Method
1.Mix the cream cheese, dill and mustard to a smooth, firm paste.
2.Cut the salmon into long strips and spread one side with dill cream.
3.Wrap each strip of salmon around a bread stick and chill for a few minutes to set.
