Regal smoked salmon and egg pie

Ingredients
- 2 sheets pre-rolled flaky pastry
- 200 grams Regal Wood Roasted Salmon
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- salt
- pepper
- milk
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Method
1. Use one pastry sheet to line the base and sides of a 20cm square shallow tin.
2. Remove skin from salmon and break salmon into chunks. Place over pastry shell.
3. Break eggs into pastry shell, breaking yolks with a fork. Sprinkle capers and parsley over. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Cover with second sheet of pastry. Seal edges. Brush with milk.
5. Make a hole in the centre. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 200°C for 30 to 35 minutes or until pastry is golden and cooked
