Regal smoked salmon and brie surprise
Serve with crisp bread or crackers with a pre-dinner drink

Ingredients
- 260 gram round of brie
- 100 gram Regal Smoked Salmon Slices
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 1 teaspoon horseradish cream
- fresh herbs and chopped tomato for garnish
Method
1. Cut top layer of rind thinly from brie.
2. Scoop out centre of cheese leaving a 1cm edge.
3. Reserve two slices of salmon for garnish and roughly chop remaining slices.
4. Mix into cheese with chives and horseradish cream until combined.
5. Use to fill the centre cavity of brie.
6. Cut reserved salmon in half and roll.
7. Place on top of cheese with a little chopped tomato.
8. Garnish with herbs.
