Ingredients
- 200g (7oz) prawns
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tbsp crème fraîche
- dill, chopped
- smoked salmon slices
Method
Mix the prawns with the cream cheese, crème fraîche and lots of chopped dill.
Place a spoonful of mixture on a slice of smoked salmon and roll up, cut in half. 3 rolls per person is plenty for a starter.
