Pasta with Salmon and Rocket
A salmon salad served with conchiglie pasta, fresh rocket and parmesan.

Ingredients
- 300g conchiglie
- 100g pack rocket, roughly chopped
- 200g smoked salmon, sliced
- 50g parmesan cheese, shaved
- 3 x 15ml spoons olive oil
- freshly ground black pepper
Method
Cook the pasta in a large pan of boiling, salted water for 11-12 minutes.
Drain and toss with the rocket, salmon, parmesan, oil and pepper. Serve immediately.
