Pasta with Creamy Blue Cheese and Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon
Smoked Salmon Pasta served with a Creamy Blue Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
- 300g pasta
- 1 pint single cream
- 150g – 200g blue cheese (eg Stilton, Bleu d’Auvergne, Gorgonzola … or a combination of these)
- 300g Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon broken into flakes
- freshly ground black pepper
Method
Cook the pasta. At the same time heat the cream in a saucepan, crumble the cheese into the cream and let it melt. Simmer shortly for the sauce to thicken slightly. Then add the Flaky Smoked Salmon and mix well. Warm through, but don’t cook. Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce. Serve sprinkled with freshly ground black pepper.
Recommended beverage: White wine or Guiness
