Smoked Salmon and Potato Scrambled Eggs

Recipe Information:

Serves: Salmon Portion Course Cooking Method Preparation Time:
2 Smoked Salmon Snack, Savoury Fry Less than 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Potatoes diced
  • 3 tbsp butter 1 lb Smoked salmon diced
  • Parsley
  • 1 slice of Norwegian cheese
  • 8 tbsp milk

Method:

Put one tbsp butter in skillet, and brown potatoes. Add 2 tbsp butter, eggs, salmon, and milk. Stir and scramble. Remove to plates. Garnish with parsley and small pieces of Norwegian cheese.
