Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 Potatoes diced
- 3 tbsp butter 1 lb Smoked salmon diced
- Parsley
- 1 slice of Norwegian cheese
- 8 tbsp milk
Method
Put one tbsp butter in skillet, and brown potatoes. Add 2 tbsp butter, eggs, salmon, and milk. Stir and scramble. Remove to plates. Garnish with parsley and small pieces of Norwegian cheese.
