Ingredients
- Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon
- 6 fresh bagels
- 200g cream cheese
- 200g Salar smoked salmon
- 1 red onion sliced
- 3 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 avocado skinned, stone removed
- 24 thin slices cucumber
- 2 dessertspoons of capers, drained & rinsed
Method
Halve each bagel and toast the cut side. Mash the avocado with a little lemon juice, a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper. Spread top and bottom of each bagel with cream cheese and the avocado. Onto the bottom half of each bagel pile the smoked salmon, onion slices, tomatoes, cucumber and capers.
