Mustard and Herb Crumb Coated Salmon

Breaded salmon steaks and smothered in Dijon mustard and fried until golden brown.

4 Fresh Salmon, Steaks Main Fry Less than 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon steaks
  • Dijon mustard
  • 1oz (30g) fresh bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp mixed fresh herbs, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method:

Fry the salmon steaks on one side for 1 minute.

Spread the cooked sides with Dijon mustard and top with the fresh herbs, olive oil, and fresh breadcrumbs.

Bake in a hot oven until the topping is golden and crunchy.
