Ingredients
- 4 salmon steaks
- Dijon mustard
- 1oz (30g) fresh bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp mixed fresh herbs, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Method
Fry the salmon steaks on one side for 1 minute.
Spread the cooked sides with Dijon mustard and top with the fresh herbs, olive oil, and fresh breadcrumbs.
Bake in a hot oven until the topping is golden and crunchy.
