Marinated Salmon Fillet Salad

This salmon salad will show you that complicated cooking is not always necessary to produce beautiful flavours.

Recipe Information:

Serves: Salmon Portion Course Cooking Method Preparation Time:
2 Fresh Salmon, Fillet Salad Griddle Less than 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of organic salmon fillets
  • 3 x 15ml organic olive oil
  • 15ml spoon organic tomato chutney
  • 80g bag American salad

Method:

In a griddle pan cook the organic salmon fillets for 4-5 minutes on each side. Put to one side and keep warm.

In a screw top jar combine together the olive oil and tomato chutney.

Put the American Salad onto 2 individual plates, top with a salmon fillet, then drizzle over the tomato dressing. Serve immediately.
