Little Salmon Pies with Carrot and Swede Mash

Salmon, swede and carrot pies- a lovely little snack or starter.

Ingredients

  • 418g can salmon, drained
  • 300g tub fresh 4 cheese sauce
  • 300g tub fresh swede and carrot mash
  • 25g grated Cheddar cheese

Method

Preheat the oven to 190°C, 375°F, Gas Mark 5.

Divide the salmon between 4 individual ramekin or heatproof dishes and spoon over the sauce.

Spoon the swede and carrot mash on top to seal in the sauce and sprinkle over the cheese.

Place on a baking sheet in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, until the cheese has melted and turned golden.
