Honey Mustard Microwave Sockeye Salmon

Microwave Salmon Fillets with Honey-Mustard and Thyme

Recipe Information:

2 Fillet Main, Savoury Microwave 30 mins to 1 hour

Ingredients:

  • 2 Sockeye Salmon fillets, thawed (Sockeye Red or King Salmon may be used instead of Sockeye Salmon)
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • pinch of thyme

Method:

Place salmon steaks in microwave-safe dish. In a separate bowl, mix together remaining ingredients. Drizzle mustard glaze evenly over salmon steaks. Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 3-4 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
