Method
For Breakfast - Take three extra thin slices of Ardtaraig Smoked Salmon and two eggs and fry. Start with the salmon as this takes more time. Wait until it turns brown at the edges, then fry the eggs. Serve with coffee and juice.
In a Sandwich - Take two slices of Ardtaraig Smoked Salmon and fry until crisp. Take slices of tomato and lettuce and layer with salmon between two slices of bread. Add mayonnaise or dressing of your choice.
With Scrambled Eggs - This time try crisp fried smoked salmon along with some scrambled eggs as a smorgasbord or open sandwich. The Norwegians like it this way.
