Smoked Salmon Starter with Bean Sprouts and Lime

Ingredients
- 225g/8 oz smoked salmon
- 227g/8 oz bean sprouts
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Pepper
Method
1 Oil four ramekins then line with smoked salmon.
2 Boil the beansprouts for one minute, then drain and chop.
3 Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Add the beansprouts and toss well. Cram this mixture into the ramekins.
4 Turn out and serve
