Caesar-Style Salmon Salad
A salmon variation of the classic caeser salad.

Method
Preheat the oven to 190°C, 375°F, gas mark 5.
To make the croutons: Combine the bread cubes with the olive oil and seasoning, then spread evenly over a baking sheet. Cook for 10 minutes or until golden. Remove and cool.
For the salad base: Combine the lettuce leaves, salmon and croutons in a bowl. Then divide between individual serving plates. Drizzle over the dressing and finish with parmesan shavings. Serve immediately.
